New depositors must complete a Resolution authorizing designated users the ability to invest or withdraw funds from the depositor’s account. The Resolution must be adopted by the depositor’s governing authority and attested. Authorized users must complete a Password Designation form to designate a unique verbal password. Each authorized user will receive an email with user validation instructions and a separate email containing a temporary password.
The Resolution and Password Designation forms may be emailed to PMIB@pmib.ks.gov or faxed to (785) 296 - 2857.
